Program Description: This interactive workshop provides mental health practice owners with frameworks and strategies for determining the optimal size and structure for their group practice. Participants will explore key indicators that signal when a practice needs to scale up, scale down, or maintain its current size, while balancing clinical quality, financial sustainability, and organizational health.
Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Identify key metrics and indicators for assessing whether a practice is appropriately sized for its market and operational capacity
- Evaluate the clinical, financial, and administrative implications of practice size decisions
- Apply decision-making frameworks to determine when to expand, contract, or stabilize practice operations
- Develop strategies for managing practice transitions while maintaining quality of care and staff retention
